Legal analysis: 1. Agriculture and animal husbandry: including the construction of national modern agricultural demonstration zone, grain production upgrading project, high-standard farmland construction, rural biogas construction, arrangement of basic grain ration fields for returning farmland to forests, development of modern animal husbandry, standardized scale breeding of pigs and other agricultural projects.

2. Forestry: including modern forestry development projects, forestry industrialization, forest vegetation restoration, urban and rural greening construction and other agricultural projects.

3. Water affairs: including rural safe drinking water projects, small-scale farmland water conservancy facilities construction, water conservancy project maintenance, soil and water conservation projects and other agricultural projects.

4. Poverty alleviation immigration: including special financial poverty alleviation, post-migration assistance projects, support for the construction of underdeveloped areas and other poverty alleviation projects.

5. Finance: including modern agricultural production development projects, comprehensive agricultural development projects, "one thing, one discussion" financial incentives and other agriculture-related projects.

6. Development and reform: including food for work and other agriculture-related projects.

7. Land category: including land consolidation projects, geological disaster resettlement projects and other agriculture-related projects.

8. Transportation: including agricultural projects such as rural road reconstruction projects.

9. Construction category: including subsidies for agricultural projects such as renovation and construction of dilapidated houses in rural areas.
