In 2022, the central government will arrange the water conservancy investment in Heilongjiang Province to reach the first place in the country, and the year after that will also be the peak of water conservancy investment in Heilongjiang Province. The annual planned investment of water conservancy in Heilongjiang Province is about 28.24 billion yuan, making it the largest province in China.
