Turkish visa?

What materials do I need to provide for my work visa?

Step one:

Applicants must apply for a work permit and work visa in person at the embassy and provide the following materials:

1- valid passport and passport copy (passport is valid for at least six months)

2- Visa Application Form

3- One 2-inch photo of the applicant's color certificate (the photo should be pasted on the top left of the visa application form).

4- Original invitation letter from Turkish company to the embassy.

If the applicant is not a citizen of China, a valid residence permit in China is also required.

Within three working days after submitting the application for a work visa, the Turkish employment company shall submit the forms and documents required by the Turkish Law No.4817 on foreigners' work permit to the Turkish Ministry of Labor and Social Security. The required documents and forms can be downloaded from the website of the Turkish Ministry of Labor and Social Security (www.csgb.gov.tr).

After the application is submitted, it takes about 6-8 weeks for the Ministry of Labor and Social Security to approve the work permit. Once the application is approved, the applicant will be informed of the result by phone or email.

Step two:

After the Ministry of Labor and Social Security issues a work permit and approves the application for a work visa, the applicant must provide the following materials in person at the embassy to obtain a visa.

1- valid passport and passport copy (passport is valid for at least six months)

2- Work visa fee

3- Work Permit Fee

Please note that the work permit is issued by the Turkish Ministry of Labor and Social Security.

Holders of work visas and work permits must apply for residence permits from the Office for Foreigners of the local Security Bureau (Emniyet Mü dü rl ü yabankara Ubesi) within 30 days after their arrival in Turkey. Once a Turkish residence permit is obtained, the person can enter Turkey for many times within the validity period of the residence permit, without applying for a Turkish entry visa again. If the residence permit needs to be extended, it shall be extended or renewed in time before the expiration of the validity period. If the residence permit is about to expire or has expired, it needs to be extended before leaving Turkey.

Turkish university teaching visa application

University teachers do not need to apply for a work permit. Therefore, they can ignore the first step mentioned above and apply for a work visa directly at the embassy. However, the approval document of Turkish Higher Education Committee (YK) is required. To apply for a work visa, you need the following materials:

1- valid passport and passport copy (passport is valid for at least six months)

2- Visa Application Form

3- One 2-inch photo of the applicant's color certificate (the photo should be pasted on the top left of the visa application form).

4- Approval Document of Turkish Higher Education Committee

5- Visa fee

If the applicant is not a citizen of China, he must also provide a valid residence permit in China.

Such visa holders must also apply for a residence permit from the foreigner office of the local security bureau within 30 days after their arrival in Turkey. Once a Turkish residence permit is obtained, the person can enter Turkey for many times within the validity period of the residence permit, without applying for a Turkish entry visa again. Instructions for applying for a work visa

H, L, O, P and Q visas are issued to applicants working in Turkey. All these visas require Turkish companies or other institutions that intend to hire applicants to obtain the approval of the Turkish Immigration Bureau in order to hire foreign employees. If approved, the employing company will issue an I-797 form to the applicant, allowing him to apply for a visa.

H visa: H visa is issued to applicants who work in Turkey for a short time.

The approval letter must be approved by the Turkish Immigration Bureau.

To apply for a visa to work in Turkey, you must receive the original I-797 form and a copy of I- 129 from the Immigration Bureau before you can make an appointment to apply for a visa.

If the applicant changes his identity in Turkey, his approval letter does not need to be sent from the immigration office to the embassy, but when applying for a visa, the applicant must show the original I-797 form.

All applicants are advised to present a copy of the I- 129 form during the interview.

L visa: L visa is issued to the personnel who will be sent to work in the Turkish branch or related companies. Applicants must hold a managerial position in Turkey or have special knowledge and have worked for the same employer or company for at least one year in the three years before applying for a visa. In addition to RMB 830 yuan, a visa fee of 996 yuan is required after the visa is passed.

Visa approval must first be approved by the Turkish Immigration Bureau.

Applicants can only make an appointment to apply for a visa after the Immigration Bureau receives the original I-797 form and the copy of I- 129.

O, P and Q visas: These visas are issued to performers or professionals with special talents who go to Turkey to perform, teach or participate in cultural exchange activities. The applicant's work unit in China and the reception party in Turkey must contact the Turkish Immigration Bureau. After being approved, the applicant can apply for a visa at the visa office.
