The original head of the household was a resettled immigrant. Can you still enjoy policy treatment if you die now?

You can apply to the police station where the household registration is located to change the head of household.

In any of the following circumstances, you may apply for changing the head of household:

(1) The original layman died;

(two) the original head of the household was declared missing or dead by the people's court;

(3) The original head of household has gone abroad to settle down or joined a foreign nationality;

(4) the original head of household moved out;

(five) the ownership or use right of the house has been transferred, and the current owner or user of the house thinks it needs to be changed;

(6) Indoor adults and property owners negotiate to apply for change;

(7) other special reasons should change the head of the household.

If a collective household applies for changing its head of household, it shall submit a written application to the police station.

Citizens who apply for changing the head of household shall submit the following materials:

(1) account book;

(2) a new identity card;

(3) Written opinions reached through consultation between indoor adults and property owners.
