As long as you have a master's degree certificate, you can apply for a doctoral degree. Those who have obtained a master's degree (obtain a master's degree before the entrance examination), or fresh master's graduates (obtain a master's degree certificate and graduation certificate at the latest before admission) , or qualified personnel with equivalent academic qualifications, or personnel who have obtained a doctoral degree.

Application requirements for those with equivalent academic qualifications: ① Six years or more after obtaining a bachelor’s degree (from the date of obtaining the bachelor’s degree to the date of enrollment as a doctoral student). ② Published as the first author in more than four academic papers related to the subject major in core journals.
