What kind of master's degree can I take to get a doctorate?

As long as you have a master's degree certificate, you can apply for a doctoral degree. Those who have obtained a master's degree (obtain a master's degree before the entrance examination), or fresh master's graduates (obtain a master's degree certificate and graduation certificate at the latest before admission) , or qualified personnel with equivalent academic qualifications, or personnel who have obtained a doctoral degree.

Application requirements for those with equivalent academic qualifications: ① Six years or more after obtaining a bachelor’s degree (from the date of obtaining the bachelor’s degree to the date of enrollment as a doctoral student). ② Published as the first author in more than four academic papers related to the subject major in core journals. For those who have independently chaired major scientific research projects at the provincial or ministerial level or above, the number of published articles may be reduced, but shall not be less than 2. ③Have completed the master's degree courses and elective courses in the major you are applying for and have passed the results.

If those who apply for a master's degree with equivalent academic qualifications cannot obtain a master's degree before the entrance examination, they must apply with equivalent academic qualifications and meet the above application conditions for persons with equivalent academic qualifications.

Fresh graduates with non-academic education (no diploma upon graduation, only a degree certificate) pursuing professional degrees such as MBA, MPA, Master of Education, Master of Laws, Master of Arts, etc., can only apply as persons with equivalent academic qualifications.
