In September this year, the project proposal of Nan 'an Reservoir in Yongjia County, Zhejiang Province (draft for review) has been completed. At present, it has been reported to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Water Resources Department, and the next step will be reported to the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Water Resources. The National Development and Reform Commission will organize experts to evaluate the project and then carry out a feasibility study. After the feasibility study report is approved, the preliminary design is carried out, then the project bidding is carried out, and finally the construction is started. As for when the project can start construction, the key is the relevant special demonstration and evaluation in the feasibility study stage, which needs the strong support of all sectors of society. If it goes well, construction is expected to start before the end of next year.
