How much is the immigration fee in Chengdu?
Category I: Personal Travel (Category: TR) (sightseeing, visiting relatives and friends)
Please prepare the following information:
1. 1 Original and photocopy of the air ticket for determining the return date;
2. Original and photocopy of valid passport 1 copy;
3. Show the original deposit passbook or deposit certificate with an amount of not less than 10000 yuan (or equivalent foreign currency) in my name and a copy of 1;
4. 1 two-inch color photo.
According to the regulations promulgated by the Ministry of Interior of Thailand in May 2000, every foreign passenger entering Thailand must bring not less than 20,000 baht (equivalent to 4,000 yuan) in cash or equivalent foreign currency and traveler's checks, and not less than 40,000 baht (equivalent to 8,000 yuan) or equivalent foreign currency and traveler's checks for each family. The staff of the Immigration Bureau of Thailand will conduct spot checks on foreign tourists at the port of entry. If they find themselves short of funds, they may be refused entry.
