Article 7 The settlement index of points consists of basic indicators, plus points indicators and minus points indicators. The cumulative score of the three indicators is the applicant's points.

Article 8 The basic indicators include five indicators: age, education background, professional title and skill level, legally stable employment and legally stable residence.
