However, although apartheid policy is beneficial to the development of South Africa, it is the basic principle of human rights equality after all. Although black people understand that everything in the country was created by white people, they also want a piece of it. After all, how can they not be greedy when watching others eat meat?

So blacks began to publicize anti-apartheid in South Africa and won the support of the vast number of black compatriots. Finally, the domestic anti-apartheid forces became stronger and stronger, and Mandela became their national leader.

1994, Mandela was elected president, becoming the first black president in the history of South Africa. After Mandela became president, he used his influence and power to implement the anti-apartheid bill.

After the successful implementation of the anti-apartheid bill, Mandela also fulfilled his promise? For example, nationalize enterprises, implement the principle of equal employment, allow all African blacks to move to South Africa, and implement the highest national treatment for all.

After Mandela came to power, many corporate executives were forced to withdraw half of their jobs and provide them to blacks. For some basic factory production lines and traditional industrial processing plants, jobs are required to be allocated to blacks in proportion to the population, resulting in a large number of white people losing their original jobs.

At the same time, a large number of blacks were incorporated into the original national enterprise management and processing workshops. Those black people who bow their heads and dance wildly every day suddenly become business leaders in suits and ties.

These people don't even know what the shareholder system is, so when faced with major decisions, they just make policies at will and never consider the development of enterprises, which leads to the development of many key industries in South Africa.

The saddest thing is those basic factories. Because these black people can't read, they don't know this machine at all after they come to the factory, which leads to a large number of mature and stable production lines that can't be produced normally.

Because the factory is not profitable, these black people can't pay their wages, so they have to sell these advanced machines as scrap iron, or simply throw them in the open air and move into the factory as temporary accommodation.
