The basic conditions are as follows:

1. Age: You must be under 45 when applying.

Generally speaking, the participating countries/regions will select the applicant as the nominee from the "Technology Matching Database" according to the country/region. Applicants can also directly contact the participating States/regions through the relevant links of the Australian Immigration Bureau. Because the occupation of the nominated applicant is in short supply around here, the applicant should be able to find a job soon after moving. However, the nominated state or regional government does not guarantee any employment after immigration. As a nominee, immigrants have some obligations, including:

Have lived in this state/region for at least 2 years;

If there is any change of address before and after arrival, it shall notify the state/region government and provide the required information;

Meet other conditions stipulated by the state.

After the applicant fills in the first part of the 47SK application form and submits the application, the information will be entered into the "technical matching database". Depending on the occupation, the applicant must have 12 months of work experience within 18 months before the application, or 24 months of work experience within 36 months before the application (depending on the occupation). The guarantor's residence in Australia is not limited. However, if the sponsor lives in Sydney, gosford, Newcastle or Wollongong, the applicant's occupation must be on the short-term occupation list in Sydney and the selected area. The relationship between the guarantor and the applicant includes children, parents, brothers and sisters, nephews and nieces, etc.

4. Australian sponsored skilled immigrants-sponsored immigrants from relatives in designated areas (category 139)

Its characteristics are as follows:

Applicants do not need to pass the grading test.

According to different occupations, applicants must have 6 months' work experience 12 months before application, or 18 months before application.

The guarantor must live in Australia's "designated areas" listed in the Gazette, including Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory and Northern Territory, as well as parts of Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia.

The relationship between the guarantor and the applicant can be cousins, cousins, grandparents and other relationships besides the children, parents, brothers and sisters, nephews and other relationships listed above.

English level can reach the level of "functional English" (and IELTS 4.5).

5. Matching skilled immigrants (category 134) has the following characteristics:

6. Temporary visa for ordinary skilled immigrants (SIR495 visa)

This is a new visa officially implemented in Australia since July 2004 1. The purpose of this visa is to attract skilled immigrants, their spouses and children who have not reached the passing score of ordinary skilled immigrants to live in remote and sparsely populated areas, and the score is lower than that of ordinary skilled immigrants (the current admission score is 1 10). The visa is valid for three years; Within the validity period of three years, as long as the visa holder has lived in the local area for more than two years and worked (including starting his own business) for at least one year, he can apply for a permanent residence visa.

7.475 Overseas sponsored skilled immigrant visa (temporary 3 years)

Skilled immigrants-regional guarantee (temporary visa (type 475) is a temporary residence visa for three years. This visa is for those who want to immigrate to Australia through skilled migration, but it is not enough for general skilled migration permanent visas (such as visa 175) or guaranteed skilled migration permanent visas (such as visa 176).

Applicants for temporary visas for skilled immigrants in Australia's 475 designated areas must be outside Australia or New Zealand residents holding 444 visas.

Applicants for temporary visas for sponsored skilled immigrants in Australia's 475 designated areas need to be under 45 years old, have a good command of English, have the skills and qualifications of the corresponding occupations in Australia's list of skilled occupations (SOL), and need guarantees from the state or relatives.

To apply for an Australian 475 visa, the applicant needs to be nominated by the government of a certain state or region in Australia, or have a relative guarantor in a designated region in Australia. Eligible relatives include:

* Children (dependent children, including adopted children or stepchildren)

* Parents (including adoptive parents or stepparents)

Australia's 475 visa also uses the score test for immigration assessment. The passing score of Australian 475 visa is 100, and there is no pool mark. In other words, both the finalist score and the passing score are 100.

Australian 475 temporary visa holders and their accompanying persons (spouses and children) can work, study and live in designated areas of Australia for three years.
