Second, because Hainan is a newly developed province, there are relatively few aborigines, low housing prices (in the early stage of Hainan's development) and many opportunities, it is easier for foreigners to settle in Hainan than in other parts of the mainland.

Third, the Northeasters who went to Hainan first thought this place was really good, so more and more Northeasters followed suit, and more and more people voted for relatives and friends.
