Green card application conditions:

Changsha’s high-level talents are classified into four levels: international top talents, national leading talents, provincial and municipal leading talents, and senior talents, each with A , B, C, D refer to.

Category A: top international talents. Must meet one of the following conditions:

1. Winners of internationally renowned science and technology awards, including the Nobel Prize, China’s highest national science and technology award, the U.S. National Medal of Science, the French National Scientific Research Center Research Medal, and the British Royal Gold Medal, Turing Award, etc.

2. Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

3. United States, Japan, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Canada, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain , India, Ukraine, Israel and other countries.

4. The top three winners of the first prize of the National Natural Science Award, the National Technological Invention Award, and the National Science and Technology Progress Award.

5. Top talents in the National Key Talent Plan; outstanding talents in the National “Ten Thousand Talents Plan”.

6. CEO, COO, and CTO of the headquarters of Fortune 500 companies.

7. Other talents equivalent to the above levels.

Category B: National leading talents. Must meet one of the following conditions:

1. Selected candidates for the National Key Talent Program; selected candidates for the National “Ten Thousand Talents Program”; national-level talents for the “New Century Hundreds and Thousands of Talents Project”; candidates who have made outstanding contributions to the country Young and middle-aged experts; "National Innovation Talent Promotion Plan" scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurial talents, young and middle-aged scientific and technological innovation leading talents; "Yangtze River Scholars Award Program" Distinguished and Chair Professor; National Outstanding Professional and Technical Talents; Mao Dun Literature Award Winner, Lu Xun Literature Award Winner National-level famous teaching teacher; master of traditional Chinese medicine; winner of Wu Jieping Medical Award; "four batches" talents of the national publicity and culture system.

4.
