Matters needing attention

1. Only the applicant or the designated agent can call for information about immigration/visa application. If your English is not good enough and you need a friend to help you make a phone call, you need to check your personal information with the immigration operator, explain to the immigration office that you need a friend to help you communicate, and then let your friend continue to consult.

2. Students who need to check the visa progress will only be asked by the Immigration Bureau if the visa approval time exceeds the expected approval time of the Immigration Bureau. Otherwise, you can't find anything, so you have to wait.
