How to apply for a study visa:

When applying for residence qualification, the agent shall submit copies 1 copy of the following written materials to the examination department or preliminary examination department of the local exit-entry administration and its branches in the area where the school is located:

1. Apply for residence qualification certificate in China

2. Two photos of foreign applicants

3. Copy of passport

4. A certificate certifying that the agent is qualified.

5. A copy of the admission ticket or other documents that allow the applicant to enter the school.

6. Resume of the applicant

7. Final diploma

8. Certificate of graduation, attendance and achievement of Japanese language schools.

9. Prove that I or I have paid all expenses during my stay in Japan.

10. Proof of the applicant's intention to study in Japan (subject and time).

After the agent applies, if there is no problem, send the "Certificate of Occupancy Qualification" to the agent within 2~3 weeks. The validity period of the Residence Qualification Certificate is 6 months. Upon receipt of the Residence Qualification Certificate, the agent shall immediately send it to the applicant. Applicants can apply for a study visa at the Japanese Embassy in China after receiving the materials. The materials to be submitted when applying for a visa are as follows:
