Resignation of civil servants shall not be engaged in the next few years.

Civil servants shall not engage in resignation within 3 years, and the relevant provisions are as follows:

1, when a civil servant resigns or retires, his post-employment activities are bound to be restricted to some extent;

2. If a civil servant resigns or retires, his/her business activities will be restricted within 3 years after the former leading members and civil servants in leading positions at or above the county level leave office, and within 2 years after other civil servants leave office. If the time limit prescribed by law is exceeded, employment will no longer be restricted;

3. After a civil servant resigns or retires, he shall not enter an enterprise or other profit-making organization directly related to his original job or engage in profit-making activities directly related to his original job within the prescribed time limit.

Can civil servants be reinstated after resigning?

After 1, civil servants no longer have the status of civil servants when they resign;

2. According to the relevant laws and regulations, people who have no civil servant status can only re-enter the school according to the standard if they want to obtain civil servant status. If you are over 35 years old, you can't apply for civil servants, and there is no possibility of official reinstatement;

If you resign because of a mistake, there is no way to obtain the qualification of civil servant.

What about civil servants' resignation pension?

1. According to the government's policy and reply, if a civil servant resigns, the pension is deemed to be paid according to the years of continuous work in the original unit before resigning. Re-employed civil servants who are no longer civil servants can continue to pay social insurance at the local social security bureau according to the converted pension payment period;

2. Ordinary pensions cannot be applied in advance. If a civil servant resigns before reaching the statutory retirement age, he can choose to re-employment and continue to pay the old-age insurance or stop paying it;

3. The national laws have strict restrictions on voluntary surrender. Unless the payer dies, emigrates or has reached retirement age but has not paid the fee 15 years, it can be allowed to surrender or withdraw in advance.

Article 85

A civil servant who resigns shall submit a written application to the appointment and removal organ. The appointment and removal organ shall examine and approve the application within 30 days from the date of receipt, and the application for resignation of leading members shall be examined and approved within 90 days from the date of receipt.

Article 86

A civil servant may not resign from public office under any of the following circumstances:

(a) under the minimum service period stipulated by the state;

(2) Serving in a special post involving state secrets or leaving the above post is less than the time limit for declassification stipulated by the state;

(three) the important official business has not been completed, and I must continue to deal with it;

(4) Being under audit, disciplinary review, supervision and investigation, or being suspected of committing a crime, and the judicial proceedings have not yet ended;

(5) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
