Is Mauritius suitable for immigration?

According to Article 22 of the Mauritius Investment Promotion Regulations of 2007 (1), foreigners who purchase properties with a value of more than 500,000 US dollars can obtain residence permits issued under the Immigration Act.

The United States, Australia and Canada are the mainstream countries suitable for immigrants. At present, there are many immigrant countries suitable for immigrants in Europe, and the investment threshold is lower than Mauritius.
