Each flag area may formulate relevant subsidy policies in its own jurisdiction according to the actual situation.

For farmers and herdsmen who buy houses in cities for the first time (including other property buyers), when applying for loans from commercial banks, the down payment ratio shall not exceed 20%. Each flag area can establish a commercial loan discount system for farmers and herdsmen to purchase housing in their respective jurisdictions. Comprehensively deepen the comprehensive reform of rural and pastoral areas, and explore farmers and herdsmen to apply for housing loans with various subsidies for benefiting farmers and homestead, contracted land, grassland and forest land as collateral or guarantee.
