As for how to treat celebrities earning money in China after joining foreign nationality, I think it is their right to emigrate, but once they return to China for development, they should set a threshold. For example, you may not engage in any commercial investment or work in your country within three to five years after emigration, and the central government and provincial Taiwan may not invite works that you participate in after emigration to perform and broadcast (except those of a public interest and non-commercial nature).

Returning to China for development in three to five years should increase tax revenue. The works of the central and provincial Taiwan can be played, but guests can't be invited! There are too many nationalities for real stars to join other countries after making money in China.
