Film evaluation of the new American dream

This film shows how a traumatized family regained its persistence and faith after immigrating to the United States, and shows us the love, memory, secrets, gains and losses in our hearts with a touch of humor. This film contains the life experience of each of us, the stupid things we have done, the relationship with friends and neighbors, and the courage to face ourselves and overcome the past. What the director wants to tell us is that the denial, exclusion and alienation under the surface of the torrent of life are often more terrible than the anxiety of the outside world.

Every year, countless people dream of going to the United States by legal/illegal means, and the hard stories behind them are almost the same, which are enough to make people cry. The director chose such a seemingly original theme, but it was unconventional. His down-to-earth directing skills and calm and rational cast are enough to crush the defense of the most demanding critics.
