Passport

1. The passport is still valid for at least six months after returning to the country. The last page of the passport needs to be signed in Chinese (do not use Pencil signature); the passport must have at least 2 consecutive blank visa pages, excluding the remarks page.

2. If you have an old passport, please provide the original together with it.

Two two-inch (3.5cm×4.5cm) color photos with white background taken within six months (signature on the back of the photo).

Copy of ID card front and back.

The household registration book should provide a copy of the entire household registration book (from the first printed page to the first blank page). If it is a collective household registration, please provide a copy of the first page and personal page of the collective household registration or the original household registration certificate.
