2016,654381On the afternoon of October 5th, Ma Yongping, the suspect in the bus fire case of Yinchuan 30/kloc-0, was arrested in a residential area under construction at the east gate of Helan County Traffic School in Yinchuan City, Ningxia. The suspect, Ma Yongping, was arrested and admitted arson after the preliminary trial. According to the preliminary understanding, Ma Yongping (male, Han nationality, 33 years old, from Dawukou District, Shizuishan City) had a debt dispute with the subcontractor for the construction of the resettlement project in Hong Guang Town, Helan County, which caused dissatisfaction and took extreme actions to retaliate against the society.
