When did Ma Jiashi of Manchu come to Donggang?

Donggang has been the settlement of Jurchen tribes since ancient times (at least since Liao and Jin Dynasties).

At least in the Ming Dynasty, Ma Jiashi lived in Jianzhou Jurchen. At that time, Dandong in Donggang belonged to Dong 'a Department of Jianzhou Jurchen.

However, after Nuerhachi unified the ministries, the Nuzhen people near Donggang were all merged into the Eight Banners and moved to Fushun, and then moved to Liaoyang and Shenyang.

In the first year of Shunzhi, North Korea entered the customs, so another group of people from the former Donggang area entered Beijing.

Therefore, from the late Jin Dynasty (the predecessor of the Qing Dynasty) to the early Qing Emperor Kangxi, there were few Manchu families left in Donggang, and all of them moved away.

During the reign of Emperor Kangxi, Emperor Kangxi ordered the Eight Banners Dingkou to move back to his hometown in Liaodong to defend the border and become rich. Since then, the Eight Banners have moved back to the northeast from Beijing, Shenyang and other places, forming a pattern of three northeastern provinces: Fengtian, Jilin and Heilongjiang.

At that time, the Donggang area was placed under the jurisdiction of General Fengtian, and Fengcheng was under the jurisdiction of the garrison yamen. 12 years, Kangxi moved back to Manchu Banner from Beijing, Chengde, Shengjing and Liaoyang. During the Qianlong period of Yongzheng, he continued to move back to the Eight Banners and Six Niulu, and added Fengcheng Hall to help lead the yamen.

Until Jiaqing, Fengcheng Andong and other places, the population of the Eight Banners has been very dense, and it can export the population to Jilin Shuangcheng and other places.

Most Manchu ancestors in Donggang experienced such an immigration process.
