Provide materials

1. Personal passport

Original personal passport valid for more than half a year, five years or ten years, with enough passport visa pages, and the signature column of the holder on the last page must be personal signature. If you have an old passport, you must submit it together with the new passport.

2. Visa application form, photos

Please fill in the form provided by our department in duplicate according to the specifications. The applicant's signature on the form must be his own signature, and two two-inch color photos (taken in the last three months) with white background or light blue background.

3. ID card and household registration book

Anyway, clear copies of ID cards on both sides.

Copy of the applicant's household registration book (each page needs to be copied).

4. Business license

A copy of the business license of the applicant's unit, and affix the official seal.

5. Employment certificate

Original employment certificate issued by the applicant's unit 1 copy, and stamped with official seal. Please use company stationery, including: name, gender, date of birth, starting and ending years of working in this unit, when to start working in this unit, with an annual salary of more than 6,543,800+and official seal.

6. Other documents

Copy of retirement certificate, marriage certificate and student ID card

7 personal assets certificate
