How to book an interview through immigration INFOPASS?

The online booking (InfoPass) of the Immigration Bureau is a simple and quick free online system, through which immigrants can make an appointment with immigration information officers. If you have a very complicated immigration problem and need an experienced immigration official to help you solve it, you can make an appointment for an interview through InfoPass. Instead of waiting in line in front of the immigration office.

Log on to the website of https://infopass.uscis.gov Immigration Information, or click "Immigration Online Reservation" in the "Other Inquiries" column at the bottom of our website, and then follow the following seven simple steps:

1. Select the language you want to use (currently there are 12 languages to choose from).

2. Select "Appointment Interview Time"

Please enter the postal code of your home address so that InfoPass can find the nearest immigration office.

4. Select the interview type according to the questions to be consulted. This step is very important.

5. Enter your name, date of birth, postal code and telephone number, and leave your email address if necessary. This information will help the Immigration Bureau to identify you when you go for an interview.

6. Select the date and time you want to interview. If there is no interview during this period, you can check the interview appointment schedule of InfoPass regularly. Every working day, a new interview will be added to the schedule.

7. After completing the above steps, an appointment notice will appear on your computer screen and be printed out immediately. Please take this notice with you when you go to the interview.

What documents should I bring to the interview? This is very important. In order to solve your problem satisfactorily, you need to bring all the documents that can clearly prove this problem. These documents include:

Print an interview appointment notice;

Identification certificates issued by government agencies, such as ID card, passport, valid driver's license, I-94 card, work authorization card or green card (form I-55 1, foreigner registration card);

Any forms, receipts, approval or rejection notices, translated documents and original documents related to your question.

If your schedule changes and you can't go to the interview at the scheduled time, you can reschedule the interview. You can cancel or reschedule the interview through the identification number at the bottom of your appointment notice. There will be no punishment. If you lose the reservation notice, you can log in to InfoPass, enter the required information as required, and then print another copy.
