When can I apply for the latest US H1B visa?

H1-B application procedure:

1. The applicant’s employer submits the application materials to the Immigration Service Center.

2. After approval by the Immigration Bureau, the materials will be transferred to the Kentucky Consular Center (Kentucky Consular Center).
