Legal basis: Article 7 of the Interim Provisions on Labor Dispatch shall specify the following contents: (1) The name and nature of the post to be dispatched; (2) the place of work; (3) The number of dispatched personnel and the dispatch period; (4) the amount and payment method of labor remuneration determined according to the principle of equal pay for equal work: (5) the amount and payment method of social insurance premiums; (six) working hours and rest and vacation matters; (seven) the relevant treatment of the dispatched workers during the period of work injury, maternity or illness; (eight) labor safety and health and training matters; (9) Economic compensation and other expenses; (10) Term of the labor dispatch agreement; (eleven) the payment method and standard of labor dispatch service fee; (twelve) the responsibility for violating the labor dispatch agreement; (thirteen) other matters stipulated by laws, regulations and rules that should be included in the labor dispatch agreement.
