After coming back from abroad, the child's hukou problem

1。 You must have a valid China passport.

2。 When you go to the China Embassy to apply for a China travel permit for your children, you must tell me that you have not obtained a green card or foreign nationality. You can pitifully say that you are an illegal immigrant and your visa has expired. If you show your green card or foreign passport, forget it.

3。 When children return to China, they will use China travel documents and foreign birth certificates to register. Both parents must not be foreign green cards or foreign citizens. If so, say no.

4。 Children apply for China passport after registered permanent residence.

5。 The United States and many countries recognize dual citizenship. China does not recognize that children can use China passports to enter and leave China. You don't need any passport to leave the United States. You can enter the United States with an American passport or a China passport plus a birth certificate.
