Since 2007, each person has been paid quarterly for 600 months and 20 years. Xin 'anjiang Reservoir, or Qiandao Lake, is located in Chun 'an County, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The dam was built behind the ridge of jiande city and on the main stream of Xin 'an River in the upper reaches of Qiantang River. It is the largest water body in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The design height of the dam of the reservoir105m (altitude115m), 1957, 1959, the reservoir was completed and started to store water. Xin 'anjiang is the source of Qiantang River.
