Scenic spots in Hongsibu District

Ningxia Immigrants Museum, the second largest museum in Ningxia, is built in the urban area, which shows the whole process of Ningxia immigrants in ancient and modern times and is a patriotic education base for young people. Luoshan is a national nature reserve, located 26 kilometers southeast of the city. It is the third mountain in Ningxia and the largest water source protection area in the central arid area. It is known as "Desert Emerald" and "Pearl of the Sea". Luoshan is a forest rich in precious tree species, and nearly 100 kinds of national and provincial key protected animals and plants are rare and precious, which has high protection, appreciation and research value. Yunqing Temple, deep in Maolin, was built in the Song Dynasty and has a history of more than 800 years.

Tiezhuang site

The Tiezhuang site in Hongsibao was recognized as a Neolithic culture, which witnessed the grand occasion of the ancient ancestors' reclamation. During the Xia and Shang Dynasties, Yongzhou was under its jurisdiction, and nomadic peoples such as Mu Ye Li Qian and Qiang Rong settled here. During the Qin and Han Dynasties, it belonged to Beidi County and Anding County, where some Kanto immigrants migrated. Later, it was the hinterland under the jurisdiction of Xixia dynasty, where many nationalities lived together. The name of Hongsibao, known by the Ming people, is a military fortress with 24 beacon towers. The tomb of Wang Qing Zhu Yan is located at the eastern foot of Luoshan Mountain and in Sunshan Town, west of Zhou Xin, covering an area of more than 30 square kilometers. The mausoleum area, named "Ningxia Ming Dynasty Museum", was listed as the second batch of key cultural relics protection units in the autonomous region by the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region government from 65438 to 0988.
