What if I can't find I-94?

First go to https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html and enter your personal information, and you can get your I-94 back. If you enter the correct personal information, the website always displays "Not Found". Go to this website to check/find the nearest Customs and Border Protection in http://cbp.gov/XP/cgov/toolbox/contacts/deferred (the nearest to Champagne is Chicago). Call first to explain your situation, then make an appointment, and then take your I-20 and passport to the immigration office to apply for documents. They will help you re-enter the record and give you a paper copy. The whole process of going to the immigration office for paperwork takes 5 minutes to an hour.
