Panjiakou Reservoir and Daheiting Reservoir are two reservoirs on the Luanhe River, one behind the other.

Panjiakou Reservoir is located at the junction of Qianxi County, Tangshan City and Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County, Chengde City. It is the main project of diverting Luan River to Tianjin. The maximum water surface area is 72 square kilometers and the deepest point is 80 meters. Daheiting Reservoir is located on the main stream of Luanhe River, 5 kilometers north of Qianxi County, Tangshan City. Daheiting Reservoir is an annual regulation reservoir with a total storage capacity of 337 million cubic meters.

Panjiakou Reservoir is located about 30 kilometers upstream of Daheiting Reservoir. Daheiting and Panjiakou reservoirs are jointly used to play the role of flood control and water supply.
