Introduction of EE category of nominated immigration projects in Ontario, Canada

Like other EE nomination projects, eligible applicants have the opportunity to be nominated by Ontario and get 600 points in the federal EE system, thus obtaining an immigrant invitation and a permanent residence visa.

1, application conditions

Work experience, the applicant needs to meet the minimum requirements of federal skilled immigrants or Canadian experienced immigrants for work experience, (FSWP: at least 1 year in the past 5 years; CEC: at least 1 year in recent 3 years);

Education background, the applicant must have a bachelor's degree or above with a bachelor's degree;

Language requirements, the applicant must have a language ability above CLB7, usually IELTS 4-6;

EE score, the applicant scores in CRS system, with at least 400 points;

Settlement funds are the same as those of federal skilled immigrants. Ontario EE also has requirements for settlement funds, which are the same as those of FSWP. A family of three is about 18000 Canadian dollars;

Intention to settle, the applicant must intend to settle in Ontario;

If you apply through the federal skilled migration category, you must meet the scoring standard of 67 points for the federal skilled migration.

2. Project process

Step 1: register EE (the applicant must choose to settle in Ontario or all provinces or regions in Canada, and the applicant must meet any immigration project of FSWP or CEC);

Step 2: OOPNP selects candidates;

Step 3: Apply for HCPS immigration OOPNP.

Step 4: Get nominated by Ontario and apply for permanent residence.
