Danish visa application materials

1. List of members of the tour group, including passport number, ID card and copy of household registration book. (Danish or English translation is required);

2. Detailed itinerary (in Danish or English), including specific flight information to and from China, as well as the names, addresses, telephone faxes, arrival and departure dates of hotels that the team wants to stay in, and the transportation modes to be adopted between tourist spots;

A group round-trip air ticket (China-somewhere in Europe-China) reservation confirmation form issued by the airline (member list is required);

3. Name of the team leader;

4. Specify the name and specific contact information of the cooperative European travel agency;

5. A certificate issued by the designated European cooperative travel agency confirming that the European accommodation and transportation arrangements in the tour group itinerary will be applicable to each member;

6. Each member should provide: a complete visa application form, signature and a passport photo.

7. Each member must hold: passport, valid visa at least 90 days before the validity period, and a copy of the first page of the passport;

8. Each member must have: travel insurance in the corresponding Schengen member country (which must be consistent with the visa period and not less than 30,000 euros, and cover any emergency medical treatment or repatriation expenses for medical reasons);

9. Each member shall provide: capital guarantee, that is, bank deposit certificate;

10. Each member is required to provide: a letter of certification from the work unit or company (the address, telephone number and fax number of the company shall be provided, and the official seal shall be affixed, and the name and position of the signatory shall be required), indicating:

-Location of members

-Wages

-Exclude certificates

-Confirm that the working relationship will not be interrupted after the members return home.

The application materials listed in 1 1 and 1)-5) in this clause shall be signed by the legal representative of the travel agency to which they belong. Please note:

A. All application materials must be translated into Danish or English;

B in the process of visa acceptance, the embassy or consulate will request the authorized travel agency to provide more materials or information as needed;

C. The embassy or consulate will ask individual members to come for an interview as needed;

D even if all the above application materials are submitted, the embassy or consulate does not guarantee that the visa application will be approved. 1. Passport

(1) Passport must be valid for more than half a year. If you have an old passport, you must provide at least two blank pages. If the applicant's passport is invalid for half a year when he goes abroad, the customs will not let him leave the country!

(2) A copy of the identity page of the applicant's passport (if there is an extension page, a copy of the extension page should also be made).

2. Photo 3 Passport photos with white background in the last six months (color photos with white background, size 3.5x4.5cm, complete face, no sunglasses, bareheaded).

3. The copy of the front and back of the ID card must be copied with the original ID card, which is clear.

4. Copy of the household registration book A copy of all information pages of the household registration book of the applicant's unit.

5. Copy of marriage certificate. If the husband and wife are colleagues, a copy of the marriage certificate must be provided.

6. 1 application form for going to Europe, which shall be truthfully and completely filled in.

7. Original Chinese and English dispatch letter. The original dispatch letter must have the unit name, official seal and signature of the person in charge; There must be an address and telephone number for the consulate to inquire. The contents of the dispatch letter include: the position of the applicant (name, passport number) in the company, the entry time, the purpose of this trip, the number of days to stay and the itinerary, and the explanation of who will bear the expenses. 8. Original qualification certificate of China Company.

A. A copy of the business license or the unit legal person code book shall be stamped with the official seal.

B Two business cards: the address, telephone number and name provided must be correct and true, so you can contact me.

9. Personal assets prove that the more proof of the applicant's economic situation, the better. The bank's current real estate records must have transaction details of more than 6 months. If the bank card bill needs to have the applicant's account name and bank seal, owner's certificate, real estate license, stock securities, etc. It can also be provided. Couples with property must have a copy of marriage certificate. Self-employed individuals are required to provide the latest tax payment certificate.

10. Insurance requires proof of overseas medical insurance during the stay in Schengen countries, in which the amount of overseas medical compensation insurance is not less than 30,000 euros, and the original and photocopy are provided.

1 1. Original invitation letter in English or Danish sent to the applicant by one or more business partners in Schengen countries or a document in pdf format. The invitation letter needs to include

A) Company office paper,

B) Company address,

C) phone number, e-mail address and website of the company d) signature. The invitation must indicate the date of travel, the duration of stay and the purpose of the invitation, including the itinerary, or the invitation code that has been approved in advance (only applicable to the invitation approved by the Danish Immigration Bureau).

Note: Denmark requires the inviter to send the signed invitation letter directly to the embassy or consulate in the form of pdf file.

12. If it is the first time for the applicant to purchase goods in Denmark, please provide sufficient proof of the company's purchase or bidding. (e.g. latest bank deposit certificate)

13. Non-China citizens also need to submit your valid residence permit in China. Danish Embassy in Beijing: Responsible for consular affairs in all regions except Shanghai and Guangzhou. Danish Consulate General in Shanghai: Responsible for consular affairs in Anhui, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Shanghai and Zhejiang provinces. Consulate General of Denmark in Guangzhou: Responsible for consular affairs in Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian and Hainan provinces.
