I have been back to China for a while after studying for a master's degree in Canada, and I recently got a diploma from there. Can I still apply for a work visa in Canada?

There are two main conditions for applying for a work visa in Canada:

Condition 1:

The prerequisite for applying for a work visa in Canada is to obtain a letter of appointment from a Canadian company, and the job must be approved by the Canadian Employment Committee. The Canadian company that sends the letter of appointment to the applicant should also report all the conditions related to the employment of the parties, such as appointment qualifications, salary and working environment. The company employing the applicant needs to further explain to the Employment Committee what steps it has taken to recruit staff in Canada. If there are no such professionals in Canada or the job is not accepted locally, the Employment Committee of Canada will approve the employment of foreigners.

condition 2:

after obtaining the letter of appointment from a Canadian company, the applicant needs to apply for a visa at the Canadian visa center first, and must bring the letter of appointment from the Canadian company and the documents suitable for this job. The embassy or consulate will contact the Canadian Employment Committee to determine whether the applicant is suitable for the position in the letter of appointment. If qualified, the Canadian Embassy will issue an entry visa.
