Who can handle the transfer of immigrant real estate in ICBC?

The following natural persons can apply: 1, a natural person who emigrated from Chinese mainland and obtained the permanent residency in the current country of residence, or a natural person who obtained the nationality of the country of residence; 2. Natural persons who have settled in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region from the mainland and obtained the permanent residency in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; 3. A natural person who came from Chinese mainland to settle in Taiwan.
