First, the passport was lost before leaving the country. The procedure is as follows:

Secondly, if the passport is lost abroad, there are two procedures:

China Consulate will show students temporary id card, which will be used in a short time. Wait until the passport is completed, and then reissue the visa.

2. With the help of family members, you can also apply for a new passport at the domicile of China with the relevant certificates issued by the people of China and China's embassies and consulates abroad, and send it to Australia to apply for a new visa. Time can be mastered flexibly.

3. If you return to China after leaving the country, your passport will be lost.

I can apply for a replacement passport with my foreign identity certificate (mainly foreign identity card, residence permit, registered student ID card and employment certificate).
