I immigrated to Quebec, Canada. I went to college, but everyone said Quebec is French-speaking. McGill didn't go much, but my immigrants were there.

Depends on what you have learned. Mcgill University is one of the top universities in North America, but it also depends on the discipline. Medicine and law are McGill's absolute advantages.

I'm from Montreal. If you want to go to McGill, you must be prepared for diploma translation or something.

Of course, what we see is only the superficial phenomenon. If you want to know more, I still suggest you ask those immigration/study institutions.
