I don’t know whether you are studying in a government school or a private school. If it is a private school, generally if you drop out and return to your country, the school will cancel your student visa for you.
If you are a student in a government school and do not go to the Immigration Bureau to go through any cancellation procedures, but you go through the normal withdrawal procedures at the school, your visa will be automatically canceled after it expires. You come to Singapore. There is no problem with traveling, unless you used this visa to enter Singapore after dropping out of school, or you did something illegal in Singapore before dropping out. If not, you can now apply for a tourist visa to enter Singapore normally. Generally no problem.
