Shouxian People's Government will organize relevant departments to investigate the ownership, type and area of the expropriated land, as well as the ownership, type, quantity and structure of rural villagers' houses, other ground attachments and young crops.

Within the scope of land requisition, the owners and users of collective land and its attachments on the ground shall, within 10 working days from the date of this announcement, go through the formalities of compensation registration before land requisition with the relevant ownership certificate and valid certification materials to the local people's government that conducts the investigation on the current situation of land requisition. If it fails to register within the time limit, the results of the investigation of the current situation of land acquisition by the local people's government shall prevail.
