5. Reward points for next of kin

Close relatives of New Zealand residents or citizens-10 points.

6. Future industry development plus points *

Future development of industry education-10.

Working experience in future development industry: 2 to 5 years-10.

Working experience in future development industry: 6 years or above-15 points.

Hold a New Zealand employment contract to develop the industry in the future-10.

* This bonus requires a New Zealand employment contract.

7. The absolute shortage of industry points

Education in absolutely scarce industries-10.

Working experience in an absolutely scarce industry: 2 to 5 years-10.

Working experience in absolute scarce industry: 6 years or above-15 points.

Holding a New Zealand employment contract in an absolutely scarce industry-10.

8. Spouses get extra points *

The spouse has grade 7 ~ 10 recognized by New Zealand-20 points.

The spouse has a 4 ~ 6 education recognized by New Zealand. Tip: The above items cannot be scored-10.

Spouse has a technical job or employment contract in New Zealand -20 points.

* In principle, getting extra points in this way requires your spouse's IELTS score to reach 6.5 (with an average score of 6.5, no single item is required, either Class A or Class G), but under certain conditions, the IELTS requirement can be exempted.

9. New Zealand local education is a plus.

Bachelor degree (Grade 7)-10 points obtained through at least 2 years of full-time study.
