The population of Nauru
In 2006, Nauru had 9,265 residents. As of 20 13, there are 9,434 people in Nauru. In the past, the population of Nauru was more than 20 13, but in 2006, due to the large-scale reduction of phosphate miners, about 1500 migrant workers were repatriated to Kiribati and Tuvalu.
