Can I join the army with an American labor visa?

American labor visa refers to work visa. There is a time limit for staying in the United States. Those who exceed the time limit are illegal immigrants and cannot join the army.

The condition for joining the army without American citizenship is that you must be an international student and stay in the United States for more than two years.

Besides English, you must know another foreign language, including your own mother tongue.
