List of Canadian super visa materials

1. Fill in a complete application form for temporary resident visa./kloc-accompanying children aged 0/8 and above must fill in their own application forms;

2. The applicant and each accompanying family member aged 18 and above must fill in the "Family Form and Education and Employment Details Form";

3. The applicant and each accompanying family member are required to submit two photos of the same color taken on a white background in the past six months. The photo size is 35mm x 45mm. After each photo, the name and date of birth (day/month/year) are indicated in pinyin.

4. Valid passports of the applicant and each accompanying family member, each passport must contain at least one blank page except the last page, and the passport must be valid at least six months before the trip;

5. Two copies of self-adhesive paper with the current address of the applicant written in Chinese;

8. Signed written invitation letter, promising to provide financial support for the applicant's stay and visit.

9. A detailed list of persons at the inviter's residence;

10. Copy of the inviter's citizenship or immigration certificate (such as permanent resident card, study permit, work permit, etc.). );

1 1. The proof that the inviter has the ability to provide the promised financial support must be an independent third-party document from Canada, which is reliable and easy to verify. (For example, but not limited to: tax bill (NOA) issued by the Canadian General Administration of Taxation, employment letter showing income, payroll, bank statement, salary payment bill or financial statement issued by professional practitioners)

Sufficient proof of personal medical insurance of Canadian insurance company valid for at least one year from the date of entry;

-Pay the applicant's medical expenses, hospitalization expenses and transfer fees;

-Provide insurance of at least100000 Canadian dollars; and

-Each entry is valid and can be reviewed when required by the evaluation officer.

12. Copy of applicant's Chinese ID card (front and back) Note: Applicants after 20 13 1 must submit a copy of their ID card.
