"Directors or managers of multinational corporations" or EB- 1(c) refer to those senior executives or managers transferred to the United States by multinational corporations. The foreigner must be a permanent employee of an American company and have worked for an overseas related enterprise (parent company, subsidiary company or affiliated company) of an American company for at least one year in the past three years.
