After cancellation, the corresponding identity of the parties will no longer exist in China, so it is necessary to deal with the related creditor-debtor relationship and endowment insurance relationship in advance (please consult the local social security office for the specific withdrawal process).

Second, the account will be cancelled:

1, enlistment in the army: it shall be handled with the residence booklet and the Notice of Citizens Enlisting in the Army. Citizens who have been enlisted for active service (including students admitted to military academies) will cancel their accounts at the local police station with the notice of enlistment or the "roster of applicants" provided by the People's Armed Forces Department of the county (city, district) before enlisting, and will not issue the "Migration Certificate". Individuals who have not declared their cancellation, and who have joined the army after investigation and verification by the police station, must cancel their permanent residence.

2. Citizens who go abroad or settle in Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Province Province shall be dealt with by the notice of cancellation of household registration issued by the entry-exit department, and those who have applied for the resident identity card of the People's Republic of China shall be confiscated. If the whole family moves out, the household registration book will be confiscated; Those who go abroad temporarily, leave the country or study at their own expense will only go through the formalities of going abroad and will not cancel their accounts. When going through the registration formalities, the household police should collect relevant information and file it.

3. Death: handle with the household registration book, resident ID card, death medical certificate or death appraisal certificate, and get the resident ID card.

4. Cancellation of registration of missing persons' household registration: If a citizen is declared dead due to his disappearance, the reporting obligor shall, within one month from the date indicated in the document declaring the death of the citizen by the court, go to the local police station to go through the formalities of cancellation of registration of the death account with the citizen's identity card, the document declaring the death of the citizen by the court, and the resident's identity card and household register of the deceased citizen.
