What application materials do Portuguese investment immigrants need?

(1), the applicant must be at least 18 years old;

(2) Buying a property worth 500,000 euros or more in Portugal (the property must be approved and examined by the authorities before applying);

(3) Before submitting the materials to the Immigration Bureau for the first time, the applicant must hold a Schengen visa valid for 90 days;

(4) Deposit 20,000 euros of family living allowance in Portugal;

(5) No criminal record.
