How many times can I immigrate?

Immigration twice is no problem. I have a friend who immigrated to Canada in his early years and then worked in the United States for almost ten years. This year, their family became American citizens.

There is nothing wrong with emigrating in order to have more children. It will not increase the burden on the country, but also spread China culture. I have added two more children since I came to America myself.
