Application conditions:

1. It has an independent office address in Japan.

3. There are feasible sustainable management projects.

The company's annual turnover exceeds 4 million yen.

5. Japan's personal annual salary is not less than 3 million yen.

Application materials:

1. Two notarial certificates with seals and signatures.

2. Expected company name.

3. The business purpose and scope of the company.

4. Proof of employment.

5. Two photos of the applicant's suit (3cm×4cm).

6. The applicant's resume, education and work experience since graduating from high school.

7. The applicant's diploma (if there is a junior college degree or above).

8. Copy of the applicant's passport (home page and Japanese entry-exit stamp page).

9. Copy of marriage certificate (if spouse is needed).

10. Copy of birth certificate (if children need to be handled).

Application process:

1. The lawyer evaluates the application qualification and calculates the score.

5. Prepare high-level talent visa application materials and submit them to the Administration.

6. Five-year residence qualification certificate issued by the admission bureau.

7. Landing in Japan and getting a residence card.

8. Obtaining a high-level talent management visa is one of the ways to obtain permanent residency in Japan. Applicants who want to immigrate to Japan may obtain permanent residency in Japan (green card) as soon as one year later. High-level talent visas are graded according to the requirements of education, income, working years, qualification certificate and Japanese level. Applicants with 70% or more can apply for a "high-level talent visa" from the Japan Immigration Bureau. The first visa period for high-quality talents is five years. Applicants with more than 70% can apply for permanent residence in Japan after three years, and applicants with more than 80% can apply for permanent residence in Japan after one year at the earliest.
