1. The following persons must go to hospitals with fever clinics
1. People with fever , dry cough, fatigue, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, myalgia, conjunctivitis, diarrhea, hyposmia and other symptoms related to COVID-19, other suspected patients without fever, and patients with pneumonia of unknown cause;
2 , cross-border vehicle drivers, cleaning, maintenance and other personnel, port import goods handling personnel, front-line personnel of imported cold chain food storage and processing enterprises, staff in centralized isolation places, staff in designated medical institutions, and related medical personnel in fever clinics of general medical institutions Personnel, customs, immigration management departments, highway and highway service area related staff and other front-line personnel who have direct contact with entry personnel and items.
3. Those who have a history of traveling abroad within 8 days.
4. Those who have a history of traveling to high-risk areas in the country within 7 days.
5. Those who have a history of traveling to low-risk areas or counties with local epidemics within 7 days and have returned for less than 3 days. .
6. People in the isolation-free closed-loop management area, people in centralized isolation and home isolation, and people with non-green code in the place;
7. Others who have been determined to be at risk of infection after pre-examination and triage personnel.
2. Outpatient and emergency management
1. A negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours is required before entering the hospital.
2. Those who have returned from overseas for less than three days must provide two consecutive nucleic acid reports. If not, they must go to the fever clinic for investigation; those who enter the hospital for more than three days and within seven days must provide a nucleic acid test report within 48 hours. .
3. All persons entering the hospital must wear masks correctly throughout the process, prepare their ID cards in advance, scan the venue code of Jinzhou Third Hospital on-site, and also display the dynamic "State Council Itinerary Card" and "Liao Shi" on the day of treatment. 3. Hospitalization management
1. Inpatients and their accompanying persons must present a negative nucleic acid test report within 24 hours for hospitalization. After admission, inpatients and their accompanying persons undergo nucleic acid testing in accordance with hospital requirements.
2. Neither the patient nor his attendants are allowed to leave the hospital after admission. Leaving the hospital without authorization will be deemed as automatic discharge. Hospitalized patients are not allowed to visit, and there will be no accompanying unless necessary. Only one person is allowed for those whose condition really requires a companion, and no replacement is allowed during hospitalization. Patients and their attendants entering the inpatient ward must wear masks correctly at all times, cooperate with body temperature testing and epidemiological investigations, and strengthen hand hygiene.
3. For patients with a history of living in risk areas or who are suspicious, the hospital will strictly implement the relevant requirements of superiors for hospitalization management.
