Zhang Cun Liu Jing Phase II started on June 1 2022. The secondary highway from Zhang Cun to Liu Jing is basically parallel to the expressway, and it is built to alleviate the traffic congestion in Liu Jing. According to reports, this year Nanning will start construction of a number of major transportation projects, such as the first-class highway from Xinjiang to Fusui, the second-class highway from Zhang Cun to Liu Jing, the second-class highway from Nanning to Dawangtan, the second-line lock of Gui Long Expressway and Xijin Water Control Project, the first-phase project of Sunhe Operation Area in Liu Jing Port Area of Nanning Port, and the smart general aviation foundation. Four foreign highway toll stations and the second-class highway of Wuxu Airport will be built and opened.
